Christmas boutique

Danica and I decided to make some things to sell in a boutique during November, so we got started and with Jim's help, we're making some good progress. I tend to forget how big a mess such projects can be and how much work they are.

See what I mean about MESS!

These trees are really cute. We still have to put a few finishing touches on them. Can't seem to find everything we need here in good ole Show Low!
We're making some white boards for the kitchen. So very cute!
Countdown numbers for Christmas.
Candy canes with star. Sorry, you'll have to tip your head to see it straight!

We're also making beanies with these honking huge flowers on them. They really are very cute for little girls.

There are other things we're working on, too. We still have a lot of work to do. Hope you can make it to the boutique in Taylor.

I was thinking about the boutiques that used to pop up all over at Christmas time and wondered what happened to them. Your projects are really cute, have fun!

I want the countdown #s. So cute! How much are all these things selling for?

We still have to decide on prices. I think the count down blocks will probably be $12 to $15. We don't want to charge too much.

Put me down for one!

Thanks, Shannon. I'll post some pictures of all the different colors and you can choose which you want. We're still finishing some of them. There are definitely some very cute ones. I'm excited to have a set for myself as well!

How big are the # blocks? Do you just change them everyday?

Tamra and Jim said...

The blocks are about 4" x 4" and yes, you just turn the blocks to get the correct number that you need for that day, starting at 25 and working down.

The hats turned out really cute!! I like the colors that you chose. I have cut out some circles for the flowers but I still need to actually sew them. I hope ours turn out as cute as yours did. Everything else looks really cute too.
