I have to tell you that we have the UGLIEST bathroom fixtures in the history of the world. haha No, really, they are SO ugly. Check this out...
Seriously, U-G-L-Y! Anyway, the other day amidst all the bathroom problems we had (trying to fix a leak in the tub faucet), we had to buy a new faucet, so we got a brushed nickel one. It will look real nice once we get it in. Anyway, I found a little cheap bathroom light that is also brushed nickel that I thought would look so much better than what we had. So today I got home from work at 5:00 and decided to hang it up. What do you think???
Don't you think it looks so much better? And I didn't even get shocked or anything! I am pretty proud of myself. Jim is gone to Sea Camp with his school kids and I did this all by myself! I also painted the wall where the old fixture was so that it all matches and it looks so nice in there. Now, if we can just get the tub faucet replaced. The plumber is going to have to come help us with that because the pipes are in the wall and it is going to be a mess of a project. But the light looks good anyway!

WAy to go mom! Dad will probably say, "well why did you do that for? it was fine the way it was"...then later he'll say, "oh they're just so lovely" (in that little sarcastic voice he has.
