We went camping this weekend and the fall colors were so pretty. The wind was blowing and it wasn't the best weather but we survived and enjoyed it. Paula's family was there and we all had a fun time. I just wished that some of our kids had been able to join us. Not to be any time soon, I guess, as they are all involved in other things for the next while. But it won't too much longer and we can all get together again hopefully.
I took a couple pictures with my camera phone as I forgot my real camera so the pics are not the best. But you get the idea.
Then the next two pictures is what we woke up to this morning!!! SNOW! October 5 and snow???? Wow, it was so cold so we packed up and came home. But it sure was pretty.

oh my gosh!! SNOW??? What the heck! That's crazy! We still have the ac running down here in the desert! But it sure looks pretty up there!! Wished we could have gone...
The snow is sure pretty, but I think I am dreading it already!!! I bet that was a surprise to wake up to snow. That picture of Jim made me laugh out loud--he had so much of that stuff on his face that it looked like he had a mustache. :o)
Wow! That is wild! That is pretty early. Your camera phone took pretty good pictures I thought.
