More house stuff

OK, well, I know I said no more posts until the house is done but it is pretty much done. We just have a few more details but I wanted to post another update.

We got the furniture moved back in today. We put a double bed in the small bedroom upstairs and it's going to be nice to have a bed upstairs for company. Of course, we still have beds downstairs, too.

Then our closet is going to be AWESOME! I am so excited to put everything in. We've gotten a lot of things put away in there but there always seems to be more to do.

Jim had to hang up his hats first and foremost. Funny the things that are important, huh?

And last, a picture of the hallway with REAL carpet going into the bedroom! That's the best part. I'm so glad to have some flooring in again.

I love what I've been able to see. Is this a new house or a remodel job? Everyone in Tucson laughs at me and thinks I will just deam up a new project "when" I get my rooms done ... probably right. Keeps me "out of the bars" so it is OK ... though Jon probably thinks that would be cheaper!

Who knew Uncle Jim had so many Hats! Reidheads and their Hat collections! My Dad has a special place at my house for his hat when he comes over. I think its funny! Your house looks so nice! I can't wait to see your room all done up! Have a great day!

It looks grate! I love the wood laminate very nice and perfect for snowy/muddy feet. Lots of work but well worth it. The two of you did a super job.

Hey Tamra, I just had a flash back .. remember those brass plant stands we all had years ago? I saw yours, loved them and had to have some of my own. Then the work to have plants in them that looked as pretty as yours did. I finally got a gorgeous boston fern going. I went in one day and found my little angel, Sarah, sitting under it in my little antique rocking chair, happily plucking away. All the leaves were on the floor, never did got that weed to come back.

Yes, I remember those things. That's so funny about Sarah. I don't remember ever having much of a green thumb. I still don't but I can grow the hardy Pothos. Who can't grow those? I've decided you CAN'T kills those things.
