Post Christmas

Right before Christmas, we had a big snowfall. I was in my closet getting something off my dresser when I looked out the window and saw the snow plow go by. Then I heard him honk as he made another pass down our road. I thought it was a little weird that the city snowplow would make so many passes on our road. When I went to the front room, I saw the plow driver clearing our driveway!! I thought, wow, what a good Christmas! Then as I looked closer, I realized it was Ryan. It sure saved us hours of shoveling and he did it in a matter of minutes. We were so grateful. (BTW, this is the ONLY picture [or non-picture] I got of Ryan during Christmas. ha He always avoids my camera.) Thank you, Ryan!

Then I got this awesome picture of the lights in our yard at night with the snow. I thought it was so pretty. The day after Christmas, Rustin invited everyone to go tubing out by Vernon. We had a good crowd, the snow was perfect, and the beans and rolls were enough to give everyone a little bite to eat. It was a fun time and we enjoyed seeing the family again.

Say CHEESE!

(Danica is wearing Jim's old snow suit)

We spent some time working a 2000 piece puzzle of Times Square that Danica got for Christmas. That was one hard puzzle. If it hadn't been for Jim and Rustin, we would have never gotten it finished.
Getting in some good computer time is essential!

Totally exhausted. Too much Christmas fun!

I promise, I did get dressed up during Christmas, although you'd never know it. There's not one picture of me when I looked halfway decent! ha

Loved the pictures. Your front yard looked awesome against the snow! I told Jessica today that the only time I miss snow is Christmas Eve. What a nice thing for Ryan to do! Your little grandson's are SO adorable.

Om my the snow does look cold and so pretty. I have to admit that I would have hated it. I'm fine with a snowless Christmas. I'm glad your family had a wonderful Day they all look so happy and glad to be home!
