We went camping with the Reidheads over the weekend and had a great time. Well, not everyone there was a Reidhead but most were related in one way or another! Camping has always been a favorite past-time for our family so I wanted to post a few pictures of our fun times. We were so glad Rustin was able to camp with us for a couple of days. We all enjoyed having him there.
David hung up a zip line and kids--young and old--had a great time on it. (Except for David, that is. The cable broke while he was on it and he fell and hurt his back really badly. David, get well soon!) And of course, no bit of entertainment is good unless there is an audience, so we all sat around and watched the braves ones ride the zip line.
We also rode horses while we were there. No pictures of that though, but it was so neat to ride through the forest. It was so cool and quiet and beautiful. I enjoyed it a lot. 
Of course, no campout is complete without the ritual roasting of marshmallows and making s'mores. Daven, figured out a way to roast his without burning the hair on his arms or eyebrows. Check out his 12 foot-long roasting stick. haha
Pete, Chris, and Kiff Whipple came up to visit us on Sunday afternoon and we ate lunch together. We went to this little hollowed out tree. Someone had cut out a door and a window and it was so cute. We took a few pictures by it. I just thought it was so cool. Even Mitzi climbed in!
I think we live in such a beautiful part of the world. I wouldn't trade it for anything!

Well that all looks like fun. Leave it to a Daven to entertain everyone. That guy is hilarious. cool tree too. I miss the mountains so so so much. I do not like being a flat lander anymore.
