Our cowboy

We have the cutest little cowboy you've ever seen! We took Brody to the Snowflake July 24 rodeo and he LOVED it. He is so observant for a two year old. He sat in Jim's lap and watched the whole thing. He saw the horses, cowboys, cows, cowboys getting bucked off, bulls, boots, everything. He noticed it all apparently. When we got him home, he'd get on whatever toy was around and he'll fall off and just roll across the floor and yell "BUCKED OFF!" HAhaha What a kid. We love that boy.

When he got back to Provo, his daddy told him he'd buy him a hat if he went potty in the toilet. AND HE DID! So Trace took him shopping and bought him a hat and some Wranglers. He tried on the whole outfit but only bought the pants and hat for now. Boots and western shirt will have to wait until later. Maybe he'll go poo in the potty again to earn the rest! :) He's been riding his stick horse Charlie around and playing pretty serious cowboy in all his gear. He even rode his "horse" to the park, according to his mother.

This cute little guy seems to have some good genes from certain grandparents I know! The tiny ones are precious, but when those big personalities come out of those little bodies, I LOVE it!

What a handsome dude!! I hate potty training! Glad it's our kids doing the training now!

So cute! Even after 4 kids, I'm still surprised at how much kids really observe & understand. They sure are amazing!
